Do I need a PayPal account?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

Warranty will directly warrant any product found defective due to workmanship of product within the first 90 days. After 90 days, any defective product must be addressed with the manufacturer.

Free freight promotions apply to the contiguous US only.


If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your unused item within 30 days and we will issue you a refund less shipping charge.

Diagnostic Equipment and Electronic Items – Due to their sensitive nature, Electronic items and Diagnostic equipment will be tested completely upon return to make sure they were not used, or registered. If we find that the unit is not sell-able as new there will be a 25% restocking fee.

• Shipping charges will not be reimbursed unless the return was due to an error on our part.

• If the product was damaged in transit to you REFUSE IT and call us.

• A 25% restocking and refurbishing fee will apply to any item that is returned in less than new, resalable condition.

• If a product is returned after 30 days a 15% restocking fee will be charged.

• There is NO RETURNS on software.

• A charge of $12.95 will be deducted for all products originally shipped free of charge.

We suggest that you use a shipping service that provides tracking. We are not responsible for
returns that do not arrive back.
